AI corporate gifting company Giftpack has announced the appointment of Caroline Sun as General Manager. In her role, Caroline will oversee the company’s expansion into the global market and human resources functions, and help to source global business resources.
Caroline was formerly an Executive Assistant with Giftpack’s Korean market expansion program and has been with the company since August 2020 as part of a government competition for startups. She has also served in product roles for ByteDance and AIA.
Caroline will be based in Seoul, South Korea, and report to Giftpack founder and CEO Archer Chiang. She will be assisted in her role by the Operation Manager for Korea, Iris Park.
